• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Sale items, personalized items, and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All returns and exchanges require prior approval.

Before returning any item, please submit a Return & Exchange Request Form.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, detailed return instructions and the designated return location will be provided.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
